Placing an order
Most of our products are despached within 24 hours of receiving your order, however some orders may take a little longer depending on the work involved ie, artwork, painted inlays having time to dry properly etc.
Please contact us for an exact time of delivery for your chosen product.
Please note: personalised goods can not be returned and the cancellation of orders is not normally permitted as work is processed within hours of you placing your order.
This does not effect your statutory rights. Please note that all our engraving services are of the highest possible quality.
If you require bulk orders i.e. clubs , company gifts etc, then please contact us and we can discuss any discounts which may be available to you.
Using this website
We do not collect and store user data such as customer addresses and credit card details unless an order is placed. We only store customer information for as long as we need to process your order. If you would like to view any data we have collected, please contact us.
